We live in a period of transition where the notions of original documents and copies are blurred, and where information flows, partly in paper format – partly in digital format, and there is a lack of fluidity and reliability.  This is due to many factors:

  • No legal recognition of digital originals
  • No large-scale deployment of registered electronic mail
  • Lack of a reliable digital identity
  • Uncertainty about the legal recognition of electronic signatures

In this area we undertake a variety of assignments from a risk assessment perspective, taking into account the state-of-the-art technical and business challenges of our clients.
